Summer Clinic Information

My main objective for summer clinics is for the girls to stay in shape, continue to expand their skills and learn new things, all while having fun.  It is a great opportunity for the girls to be outside and play volleyball.

SKILLS:

  • Passing
  • Serving
  • Receiving
  • Hitting / ball control

CARDIO / STRENGTH TRAINING:

  • I vary the cardio / strength training by session but focus on volleyball related activities (ie shuffles, squats, push-ups / sit-ups, etc.).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • Girls should wear outdoor shoes (that they don't mind getting dirty).  Please DO NOT wear your indoor shoes.
  • Girls should bring plenty of water
  • No kneepads
  • I will provide net / balls
  • Sunglasses
